About Midstream
Midstream is an independent full-service midstream energy company providing producers of natural gas and natural gas liquids with reliable, flexible, innovative and resposive services from wellhead to market. We are made up of a small group of highly seasoned professionals with particularly strong commercial mix of engineering, operating, marketing, legal, administrative, accounting and financial experience in the upstream, midstream and downstream energy sectors. Our efficient size and high level of experience in a wide range of energy disciplines means we respond quickly, are able to focus on our customers individually and provide high-quality, competitively-priced services tailored to our customers' specific needs.

Formed in 2004, Midstream is an Oklahoma limited liability company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our primary focus areas are the Permian Basin, East Texas, South Texas, Mid-Continent, and the Rocky Mountains. We will build our business on a reputation of reliability, responsiveness, and results with a mission of providing our customers with the highest quality services, facilities, and individual attention that exceed all other midstream providers. We are continually working to ensure our facilities are designed, built, and operated with the highest degree of technical integrity for long-term safety and reliability with respect for the environment.
